Every application is marked against a published scheme, category by category, with the reasoning written down. Show a candidate why. Show your CEO why.
HR Recruitment Platform is applicant tracking software for employers. Companies use it to publish job openings, receive and review applications, screen candidates, and schedule interviews with their hiring team.

Why this score. Six years of Laravel with ownership of a billing service, and queue work that matches the role. No Docker in the last two positions, and the mentoring the job asks for is not evidenced. The form claims eight years; the resume shows six, so six is what was marked.
Four categories, fixed weights, the same for every candidate against a given job. The total is recomputed from the four, so a score always adds up to its own breakdown — and screening runs at temperature zero, so the same resume against the same job scores the same next week as it does today.
Does the candidate show the skills this job asks for?
Equivalent and transferable technologies count. A resume that says Next.js is not marked down for never typing the word React.
How relevant, recent and deep is the work behind it?
Scope, ownership and measurable results, read against what this role actually needs — not a count of years.
What formal education or certification is there?
If the job states no requirement, a candidate without a degree scores neutrally. Self-taught is never punished by default.
Does the person fit this role as written?
Seniority, responsibilities, work mode and location. Not personality, and not a guess at culture.
What a candidate says about themselves is a claim, not evidence. Answers typed into the application form are checked against the resume. An unsupported claim never raises a category score — it becomes a question to ask at interview.
A screening score is worth nothing on its own. What follows is the rest of it — publishing the opening, arranging the interviews, making the offer, and being able to say afterwards where the hire came from and how long it took.
A job goes live on its own public page, carrying your logo and your colour, with whatever questions you actually need answered. Share one link.

Double booking refused, not warned
Record the decision and the candidate gets their own private link. They accept or decline on it, and your team is told either way.

Not a wish list. Each of these is in the product today.
Every application sits in one stage — pending, screening, shortlisted, interview, offer, hired — and moves when you move it.
Six roles with genuinely different access. Admins run the account, HR work their jobs, hiring managers see their department, interviewers see only their own interviews.
Move a filtered set of candidates to the next stage, or email all of them at once, without opening each application.
Connect Brevo or your own SMTP server. Invitations, status changes, interview times and offers then go out from your domain, not ours.
Generate questions for the role — technical, competency and follow-ups — save the set against the job, and record the answers alongside them.
The documented endpoints behind the product are available to you, so hiring data does not have to stay in one browser tab.
Every plan includes the screening rubric, the pipeline, interview scheduling and the audit log. What changes is how many jobs you run at once and how many people work them.

Registering creates your company account. A title and a location are all a job needs to go live, and the apply link is yours to share the moment it does.
