Employers using our platform agree to:

• Comply with all applicable employment laws
• Handle candidate data in accordance with privacy regulations
• Not use candidate information for purposes other than recruitment

7. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates using our platform agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in applications
• Not apply for positions they are not genuinely interested in
• Respond to communications from employers in a timely manner

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that candidates will find employment or that employers will find suitable candidates. We are not responsible for the actions or decisions of employers or candidates.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
